Who We Are
Homeland Steel Buildings LLC (HSB) is a dealer that partners with multiple manufacturers across the United States. Our role is to help you: place your order(s), get orders processed correctly, and move your project forward with the assigned manufacturer. Once you sign the manufacturer’s invoice, our Customer Care team submits your order directly to the manufacturer.
Lead Times & Scheduling
Lead times begin only after the manufacturer receives your signed order and ready site photo. Timelines depend on your location and are weather permitting. Scheduling is handled exclusively by the manufacturer. HSB does not control installation dates. You will not be contacted by scheduling until the manufacturer assigns a date. If you wish to reach scheduling directly, the manufacturer’s phone number is at the top of their contract. Your sales rep at HSB can also provide it.
Engineering & Permits
Generic engineering prints are included for structures under 31’ wide and 13’ tall. Site-specific engineering or calculations are available for an additional cost. Permits are the customer’s responsibility and are issued through the manufacturer, not HSB.

Homeland Steel Buildings LLC is not liable for accidents or incidents involving manufacturers, subcontractors, or third parties, nor for delays or scheduling conflicts outside of our control. Our role is to ensure your order is placed, processed, and advanced with the manufacturer.

At Homeland Steel Buildings, we value transparency and want our customers to feel confident in their investment. To secure your building order, a deposit is required. Please review our deposit terms below:
Deposit Amount
Deposits typically range from 15%–20% of the total project cost, depending on building specifications and manufacturer requirements.
3-Day Complimentary Cancellation Period
After your deposit is placed, you have 3 business days to cancel your order for a full refund. This gives you peace of mind and flexibility while finalizing your decision.
Non-Refundable After 3 Days
After the 3-day period, deposits become non-refundable, as they are applied immediately toward processing, scheduling, and manufacturer order placement.
Application of Deposit
Your deposit will be applied directly to the total cost of your building. In most cases, the remaining balance is due upon completion of installation and your personal inspection. For some manufacturers, if the remaining balance exceeds $10,000, a 50% payment toward the balance may be required before installation is scheduled. This will be clearly noted on your invoice.
Price Lock Guarantee
Your deposit locks in your quoted price for up to 3 months, even if material or manufacturing costs change. If your site is not ready within this timeframe, updated pricing may apply.
